Application Process:
Once we receive your application please allow 3-5 business days for us to review your application and follow up with you. We will follow up with you via text (or email if preferred) to confirm approval. (Please keep an eye on your junk mail)  We will then schedule a time to follow up over the phone to go over any questions. Then we will e-mail out the deposit form and once it is paid, we will confirm we received all the required documents and add you to our waitlist.

* Pick spot will not be guaranteed until a deposit is paid. $250 is due to get on the list, $250 is due when the litter is born. If the litter is already born the full $500 is due to hold the spot. This is applied to the final purchase price. 

We do puppy picks at our home when puppies are 8 weeks of age (on take-home day) and have had temperament testing and a current vet exam. This is scheduled in advance on a weekend in order of pick number. If you cannot arrange to drive here to pick up in person, we can schedule a FaceTime call or send videos of the puppies to you. 

Please fill out the following form truthfully and as thoroughly as possible and hit submit when completed. You will get a confirmation screen that the application went through.
